Meet our dedicated team, from primary care physicians and specialists to health educators, member liaisons, case management, prior authorization and more. Each team member plays a crucial role in our commitment to caring for the whole you. Get insights into their roles and how they work together to provide exceptional care.

Member Liaisons can assist you with the following and more:

Changing your primary care physician (PCP)
Coordinating referrals to a specialist, Health Education, Case Management, Social Services and Pharmacy
Providing status of referral authorizations
Signing you up for our Patient Portal
Answering your insurance or health plan questions or connecting you with a licensed Medicare specialist

Join a Lakeside New Member Orientation

Both Lakeside Community Healthcare and Regal Medical Group members who see their primary care doctors at one of our Lakeside locations are invited to attend a Lakeside New Member Orientation. During your orientation, your Member Liaison will guide you through the services and value-added benefits available to you. Sessions are held every second Friday of the month in English and Spanish.

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy Rule affords members the right to receive a notice that describes how health information may be used and disclosed and how to get access to this information. Lakeside Community Healthcare Medical Group is required to send a notice ("Notice of Privacy Practices") to members of our insured Health and Long Term Care plans.
