Dan has been COO of Lakeside Community Healthcare since 2012. Dan brings more than 30 years of executive level healthcare leadership experience to the organization. Under Dan’s leadership, the organization has grown by 25% through the addition of Covered California and Medi-Cal lines of business.

Lubna has been with the organization for more than 10 years and has helped lead the organization to its success today. She has held roles in both finance and operations and continues to manage all of the core operational functions while holding her CFO role.

Will Jukes

Senior Vice President, Regional Operations North

Will has more than 20 years of experience growing and managing medical groups. He has been with the organization since 1998 helping to build the largest physician-owned medical group in the county. Will is responsible for managing the network in Los Angeles and Ventura counties.

Senior Vice President, Regional Operations South

Jasmine leads the organization in growth and management of our network in the South, specifically, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry with deep experience in managing medical groups.
